Installation position of convertible top lock

1. Unscrew the four fastening screws -1-.

2. Remove convertible top lock -2- from the roof frame -3- in a downward direction -arrow-.

1. Position convertible top lock -1- from below -arrow- on the roof frame -2-.





Installing convertible top lock

2. Coat the four fastening screws -3- with screw-locking lacquer and tighten.=> Tightening torque: 4.5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)

Subsequent work

1. End service position. -> 6101IN IN - Convertible top service position Procedures
2. Check gap dimensions for convertible top, adjust if necessary.-> 5000IN Diagram - body gap dimensions
