Diagnosis information - DME V6 DFI

Coolant temperature implausibly high

NOTE: This fault is stored if the temperature signal remains at a fixed value outside of the thermostat's control range for too long (>>signal stuck<<)

Diagnostic conditions 1
- Engine temperature between -45 °C and 137 °C (-49 °F and 278 °F) or substitute value
- Vehicle speed above 20 km/h (12 mph)
- Air-mass flow between 8 kg/h and 308 kg/h

Diagnostic conditions 2
- Engine temperature between -45 °C and 137 °C (-49 °F and 278 °F) or substitute value
- Vehicle speed between 60 km/h and 180 km/h (37 mph and 112 mph)
- Air-mass flow between 44 kg/h and 352 kg/h

Possible fault causes
- Engine temperature sensor faulty
