Brake light switch

NOTE:
- Diagnosis checks the unambiguity of the states which are output via the brake light switch.
This fault is set if the state [brake actuated] or [brake not actuated] is not unambiguously detected.
- The switches are located in the brake master cylinder.
- Evaluation takes place in the PSM control unit.

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- Battery positive voltage between 10 V and 16 V

- The fault is set in the PSM control unit; refer to this
