NOTE:
A fault is detected when:
- the voltage drops below 4.7 V (P0698)
or
- the voltage exceeds 5.3 V (P0699)

Diagnostic conditions
- Engine running > 5 seconds

Possible fault causes
- Short circuit to B+ or ground in the lines or connected components

Affected contacts on the DFI control unit connector
