Kickdown teaching

NOTE:
- A fault is detected if teaching is terminated unsuccessfully 20 times.

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition switched on
- Teaching requested via Tester
- Accelerator pedal fully depressed

Possible fault causes
- Teaching requested, but commenced too late (max. 10 sec.)
- Accelerator pedal not constantly held fully down for at least 1 sec.
- Accelerator pedal not fully depressed
