Preliminary work

1. Remove engine guard. -> 108019 Removing and installing engine guard - section on "Removing" 108019 Removing and installing engine guard (underbody panelling)

1. Screw out fastening screws -1- and remove holder with the plug connections -Arrow-.

2. Release the connector -Arrow A- and pull it off -Arrow B-.

3. Release the clip -Arrow C- and pull off the socket -Arrow D-.
4. Release the connector -Arrow A- and pull it off the reversing-light switch -Arrow B-.

5. Release the connector -Arrow A- and pull it off the neutral switch -Arrow B-.

6. Open the clips -Arrow A- and remove the line -Arrow B-.

Installing wire harness for manual transmission

1. Push the connector onto the neutral switch -Arrow A- until the locking lug -B- is felt to engage.

2. Push the connector onto the reversing-light switch -Arrow A- until the locking lug -B- is felt to engage.

3. Place the line in installation position -Arrow A- and close the clips -Arrow B- until the locking lugs are felt to engage.

4. Push the socket onto the clip -Arrow A- until the locking lug -B- is felt to engage.

5. Insert the connector -Arrow C- until the locking lug -D- is felt to engage.
6. Place the holder for the plug connections in installation position -Arrow- and secure with fastening screws -1-.
