Replacing crankcase on 4.8-litre DFI engines

1. Disassemble the engine. -> 100137 Disassembling and assembling V8 4.8-litre DFI engine - section on "Disassembling" Overhaul
2. The crankcase must only be replaced as a complete unit with the upper and lower part matching.
3. Fit new crankshaft bearings. Replace piston rings. Visually inspect pistons.
