Preliminary work

The valve unit for the levelling system is fitted on the left side, behind the rear axle, at the luggage compartment recess -arrow-.





Overview of valve unit

1. Raise the vehicle. -> 4X00IN Lifting the vehicle Service and Repair

4. Lower the exhaust system - the strut remains fitted. -> 263319 Removing and installing rear silencer Service and Repair

Replacing valve unit (levelling system)

1. Remove the heat shield over the left exhaust system tail pipe.
2. Detach the air lines.
3. Remove the valve unit by carefully unclipping the electric connector and wire harness.





Valve unit

4. Installation is performed in reverse order.

Fill the levelling system. -> 4301IN Bleeding and filling the levelling system 4301IN Bleeding and filling the levelling system

Subsequent work

Install the exhaust system. -> 263319 Removing and installing rear silencer Service and Repair
