Preliminary work

1. Remove front apron, -> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Removing" .
2. Remove bumper, -> 631019 Removing and installing front bumper - section on "Removing" Service and Repair.
3. Remove wire harness at the air guide, -> 971619 Removing and installing front-end wire harness - section on "Removing" 971619 Removing and installing wire harness for front-end.

Removing front air guide

1. Loosen the expansion rivets -2-.
2. Remove air guide -1-.

Installing front air guide

1. Fit air guide at the bottom -arrows A-.
2. Swivel in air guide -arrow B-.





Positioning air guide

3. Secure the air guide -1- with expansion rivets -2-.





Securing air guide

Subsequent work

1. Install wire harness for air guide, -> 971619 Removing and installing front-end wire harness - section on "Installing" 971619 Removing and installing wire harness for front-end.
2. Install bumper, -> 631019 Removing and installing front bumper - section on "Installing" Service and Repair.
3. Install front apron, -> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Installing" .
