Preliminary work

1. Remove side trim panel for rear luggage compartment on the right-hand side.-> 700319 Removing and installing side trim panel for rear luggage compartment - section on "Removing" Service and Repair

Removing control unit for reversing camera

1. Open the lever on the support -2- ( -A- ) and remove the control unit for the reversing camera -1- ( -B- ).

2. Release the electric plug connection -3- ( -a- ), slide the locking mechanism to the side -C- and pull off the connector -D-.





Disconnecting electric plug connections

3. Release and pull off electric plug connections -4- ( -b- ).

Installing control unit for reversing camera

1. Plug in electric plug connections -4- until they engage securely.





Securing electric plug connections

2. Plug in the electric plug connection -3- ( -A- ) and close the locking mechanism -B- until it locks securely.
3. Insert control unit for reversing camera -1- into the support -2- ( -C- ) and close the lever on the support -D-.

Subsequent work

1. Secure side trim panel for rear luggage compartment on the right side. -> 700319 Removing and installing side trim panel for rear luggage compartment - section on "Installing" Service and Repair
