Diagnostic conditions
- Supply voltage > 7 V
- Engine running with occasional activation of tank vent

Possible fault causes
- Short circuit to B+/ground or open circuit in the control line
- Open circuit in tank vent power supply
- Tank vent faulty
- DME control module faulty
