Removing pressure pipe

1. Remove pressure pipe.
1.1. Pull off cable plug on pressure sensor -3-.





Removing and installing pressure pipe

1.2. Loosen screw-type clamps -6- and pull hoses off the charge air cooler on the pressure pipe.
1.3. Loosen screw-type clamp -2- on throttle housing and pull pressure pipe out of the rubber mountings and remove it.
2. Remove air cowl.
Loosen screw-type clamp and pull air cowl off the throttle housing.

Installing pressure pipe

1. Pre-fit air cowl on pressure pipe.
Position air cowl on pressure pipe and secure with a screw-type clamp.
2. Install pressure pipe.
2.1. Position pressure pipe with air cowl on the throttle housing flange and press it on, then insert it into the rubber mountings and tighten screw-type clamp -2- on the throttle housing (move cable plug for pressure sensor -3- into position).

2.2. Slide hoses onto charge air cooler and tighten screw-type clamps -6- on the pressure pipe.
2.3. Connect cable plug to pressure sensor -3-.
