Removing diagonal arm

1. Raise the vehicle -> 400000 Lifting the vehicle.
2. Loosen diagonal arm (described below) and remove it.
Loosen threaded joint -1- connecting diagonal arm to trailing arm (wishbone). Turn in wheel as required.
Loosen threaded joint -2- connecting diagonal arm to body through the opening (bore) in the underbody panel.
On the 911 Turbo, remove the spoiler -3- at the diagonal arm (air guide for the brake cooling system). Generally, the spoiler -3- must be removed in order to replace the diagonal arm.

Installing diagonal arm

- Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Use new lock nut(s).
Tighten threaded joints -1 + 2- to the specified tightening torque -> 4001TW Tightening torques for front axle.
