Removing fog lights

1. Disconnect the electric connector for the direction indicator light on the fog light and unscrew the two fastening screws -1- for the fog light.

2. Release the electric connector for the fog light -a- and pull it off. Remove the fog light from the front apron.

Installing fog lights

1. Position the fog light on the front apron and secure in place with the two fastening screws -1-.

Information

Check the breather hose -1- for signs of damage and check that it is seated securely.

If in doubt, replace the breather hose.

3. Connect the electric connector to the fog light until the connector engages securely.
4. Plug the electric connector for the direction indicator light into the fog light.

Setting the fog lights

Information

When installing a new fog light, the setting must be checked using a headlight adjustment unit and re-adjusted if necessary.

1. Insert a Torx socket wrench through the ventilation openings in the front apron and set the auxiliary headlight.
