Preliminary work for removing air guide
1. Remove front apron.-> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Removing"
Removing air guide
Removing air guide for middle radiator
1. Remove air guide for middle radiator.
1.1. Remove rubber strap -1- from the groove on the impact absorber.
1.2. Press in the top four catches -2-.
1.3. Remove bottom air guide from the retaining frame.
1.4. Remove air guide to the front.

Information
Specifications for wrench sizes (a/f specifications) for screw heads are described as follows:
- Torx screws: (E.) for external Torx, (T.) for internal Torx.
- Hexagon-head bolts (internal and external hexagon): Wrench size (a/f)
1. Remove air guide in driving direction, left.
1.1. Unscrew two tapping screws (T 27) -1-.
1.2. Pull air guide out of the plastic clips -2-.
Air guide for side radiator
2. Remove air guide at the right in direction of travel in the same way as the air guide at the left in direction of travel.
2.1. Pull outside temperature sensor -arrow- out of the air guide from behind and leave it hanging at the connecting cable.

Installing air guide for middle radiator
1. Install air guide for middle radiator.
1.1. Position air guide in installation position on the bracket for the middle radiator.
1.2. Fit air guide in the bottom retaining frame.
1.3. Guide in and engage the top four catches -2-.
1.4. Hook rubber strap -1- into the groove on the impact absorber.
1.5. Check that the air guide is seated correctly.

Installing air guide for side radiator
1. Install air guide at the left in direction of travel.
1.1. Slide side air guide into the plastic clips -2-.
1.2. Screw in and tighten two tapping screws (T 27) -1-.
1.3. Check that the air guide is seated correctly.

2. Install air guide at the right in direction of travel.
2.1. Install air guide at the right in direction of travel in the same way as the air guide at the left in direction of travel.
2.2. Fit outside temperature sensor -arrow- into the air guide opening from behind.
2.3. Check that the outside temperature sensor is seated correctly.
