Removing intake manifold pressure sensor
Information
Specifications for wrench sizes (a/f specifications) for screw heads are described as follows:
- Torx screws: (E.) for external Torx, (T.) for internal Torx.
- Hexagon-head bolts (internal and external hexagon): Wrench size (a/f)
1. Unclip hose from the recirculating air valve on cylinder bank 4-6 and set it aside.
2. Release and pull off cable plug on intake manifold pressure sensor.
3. Unscrew one internal Torx screw (M6 x 15, T30) -1-.

1. Grease O-ring.
1.1. Grease the O-ring with "Kluber Syntheso Glep" grease (Porsche part number 000.043.204.68).
1.2. Replace the sensor if the O-ring is damaged.
2. Fit the intake manifold pressure sensor -2- into the intake manifold from above.

=> Tightening torque: 4 Nm (3 ftlb.)
4. Push on and engage the cable plug.
5. Clip hose from the recirculating air valve on cylinder bank 4-6 into the holder.
Subsequent work
1. Install air cleaner housing.
