Removing armrest with cover





Armrest with cover

1. Fold the armrest down fully.
2. Unclip the retaining clips -1- for the rear trim panel -2- for the armrest from the brackets -3- on the backrest -4- on the 2/3-split folding seat using a suitable tool.

3. Remove trim panel.
4. Remove armrest.





Removing armrest

4.1. Loosen fastening screws -1- on the armrest -2-.
4.2. Unscrew locking lugs -3- on the armrest from the holders -4- at the load-through provision in a downward direction -A-.
4.3. Remove the armrest -2- by pulling it towards the front -B-.

Installing armrest with cover

1. Install armrest -1-.





Installing armrest

1.1. Position the armrest -1- in the load-through provision -2- ( -A- ).
1.2. Insert the locking lugs -3- into the guides -4- ( -B- ).
1.3. Screw in fastening screws -5- and tighten to => Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)+/-0.8 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.).
2. Fit the rear trim panel -2- into the load-through provision -4- and clip the fastening clamps -1- into the guides -3-.
