Preliminary work for antenna in rear left wheel housing

NOTICE

Voltage peaks

- Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit

-> Remove remote control and switch off ignition before disconnecting or removing electrical load.

1. Unscrew the two fastening screws -1-.





Removing Kessy antenna in centre console

2. Release and unplug electric plug connection -A-.
3. Remove Kessy antenna in centre console -B-.

Removing antenna in rear left wheel housing

1. Unclip Kessy antenna from the locking lugs -1- on the bracket.

2. Release and unplug electric plug connection -A-.
3. Remove Kessy antenna from rear left wheel housing -B-.

Removing antenna in rear right wheel housing

1. Unclip Kessy antenna from the locking lugs -1- on the bracket.

2. Release and unplug electric plug connection -A-.
3. Remove Kessy antenna from rear right wheel housing -B-.

Removing luggage compartment antenna

1. Pull Kessy antenna off the Velcro strip on the bracket -B-.

2. Release and unplug electric plug connection -A-.
3. Remove Kessy antenna from luggage compartment.

Removing rear antenna

1. Unclip Kessy antenna from the locking lugs -1- on the bracket.





Removing rear Kessy antenna

2. Release and unplug electric plug connection -A-.
3. Remove rear Kessy antenna -B-.

Installing Kessy antenna

1. The Kessy antennas are installed in reverse order to removal.
2. Tighten fastening screws for the Kessy antenna in the centre console to => Tightening torque: 5.6 Nm (4 ftlb.).

Subsequent work
