1. Remove padding for 2/3-split folding rear seat. -> 744919 Removing and installing padding for 2/3-split folding rear seat - section on "Removing" 744919 Removing and installing padding for 2/3-split folding rear seat
Removing cover for 2/3-split folding rear seat
2/3-split folding rear seat
1. Place the padding for the 2/3-split folding rear seat => 2/3-split folding rear seat on a clean surface with the top side down.
2. Remove seat cover.
2.1. Cut the cushion clips -2- using side cutters.

2.2. Start with the outer cushion clips -1- on the cover -2-.

2.3. Fold up the seat cover at the outside.
2.4. Cut open the inner clips in the specified sequence -1 - 6- on the cover -7-.

2.5. Pull the seat cover down off the padding.
2.6. Remove the remaining pieces of cushion clips.
Installing cover for 2/3-split folding rear seat
1. Install seat cover -1-.
1.1. Place the seat cover -1- on the padding -A- and align it with the contour of the padding -B-.
Installing seat cover
1.2. Fasten seat cover to the padding using cushion clip pliers Nr.130 -4- and new cushion clips -2-.
Fitting cushion clips
1.3. Secure the new cushion clips on the seat cover -7- and padding in the specified sequence -1 - 6-.

1.4. Pull the outside of the seat cover -7- over the padding -A-.
2. Secure the outside of the seat cover -2- to the padding from below with new cushion clips using cushion clip pliers Nr.130 at the fastening points -1-.
