Preliminary work

1. Remove the front seat. -> 720119 Removing and installing front seat - section on "Removing" 720119 Removing and installing front seat

Removing motor for seat adjustment





Installation position of motor for seat adjustment

1. Unclip cover -2- for motor -1- ( -A- ).

2. Pull electric plug connection -3- off the motor -B-.
3. Unscrew two fastening screws -4-.

4. Unclip fixing clip -5- for the long drive shaft -6- ( -C- ).

5. Carefully bend the long drive shaft -6- ( -D- ) and pull it off the motor -1- ( -E- ).
6. Unclip the motor -1- from the seat frame -7- ( -F- ) and pull it off the short drive shaft -8- ( -G- ).

Installing motor for seat adjustment

1. Fit the motor -1- on the short drive shaft -8- ( -A- ) and engage it in the seat frame -7- ( -B- ).

2. Carefully bend the long drive shaft -6- ( -C- ) and connect it to the motor -1- ( -D- ).

3. Clip in fixing clip -5- for the long drive shaft -6- ( -E- ).
4. Screw in two fastening screws -4-.

5. Plug in electric plug connection -3- on the motor -F-.

6. Clip in cover -2- for motor -1- ( -G- ).

Subsequent work
