Technical values





Preliminary work

1. Remove front bumper. -> 631019 Removing and installing front bumper - section on "Removing" Service and Repair

Removing centre air guide

1. Unclip temperature sensor.
2. Unscrew fastening screws on centre air guide at the radiator module -1-.

3. Unclip three expansion rivets at the top -2-.

4. Release top of holder from the radiator.
4.1. Unscrew fastening screws on radiator holder at the left and right.

5. Unclip air guide at the side of the radiator.

6. Press the radiator to the rear.

7. Remove the air guide -3- in a downward direction.

Installing centre air guide

1. The centre air guide is installed in reverse order to removal.
2. Tighten fastening screws used to secure the centre air guide to the radiator module to => Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.).
3. Tighten fastening screws on radiator holder to => Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.).

Subsequent work

1. Install front bumper. -> 631019 Removing and installing front bumper - section on "Installing" Service and Repair
