Preliminary work

1. Remove front apron. -> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Removing"

Installation position of front wire harness

1. Release electrical plug connection for both fog lights using a screwdriver -A- ( -a- ) and pull it off -B-.

2. Remove the two outer ParkAssist sensors. -> 917519 Removing and installing sensor for ParkAssist - section on "Removing" Service and Repair
3. Release the electrical plug connection for the inner ParkAssist sensors -a- and pull it off.

4. Release the electrical plug connections for the auxiliary headlights -a- and pull them off.

5. Release the electrical plug connection at the garage-door opener control unit -a- and pull it off.

6. Unclip fastening clips for the front wire harness plug connections at the front apron.

7. Detach all clamps -1 - 2-.

Installing front wire harness

1. Place wire harness in installation position.

2. Clip in the wire harness using all the fastening clamps -1 - 2-.
3. Install the two outer ParkAssist sensors. -> 917519 Removing and installing sensor for ParkAssist - section on "Installing" Service and Repair
4. Push in the electrical plug connections for the inner ParkAssist sensors until they engage securely.

5. Insert the electrical plug connections for the auxiliary headlights until they engage securely.

6. Insert plug connection onto garage-door opener control unit -arrow- until it engages securely.

7. Clip on fastening clips for the front wire harness plug connections at the front apron.

1. Install front apron. -> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Installing"
