Information

Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle. Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well. These must be carried out as a mirror image of the steps shown.

NOTICE

Voltage peaks

- Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit

-> Remove remote control and switch off ignition before disconnecting or removing electrical load.

1. Pull off electric plug connection for switch for memory seat adjustment.

2. Unscrew five fastening screws -1- on cover for door opener from the inside of the door panel.

3. Unscrew two fastening screws -2- on switch for memory seat adjustment.
4. Slide cover for door opener with switch up slightly -A- , pull it out of the bracket and then remove it by pulling it forward -B-.

5. Remove switch for memory seat adjustment -4- from cover for door opener -3- by pulling it inwards.

Installing switch for memory seat adjustment

1. Fit switch for memory seat adjustment -4- into cover for door opener -3- from inside.

2. Engage cover for door opener -3- with switch -4- from above -D- and position it in the door panel -C-.

3. Tighten five fastening screws -1- on cover for door opener.
4. Tighten two fastening screws -2- on switch for memory seat adjustment.

5. Plug in electric plug connection for switch for memory seat adjustment.
