General

An enhanced engine generation is used for the Cayenne S and Cayenne Turbo in model year 2011. This made it possible to achieve the ambitious targets for fuel consumption and CO2 emissions despite the enhanced performance. Another main development goal was a significant reduction in the weight of the engine units.
