Preliminary work

1. Remove main headlight. -> 941519 Removing and installing main headlight - section on "Removing" 941519 Removing and installing main headlights

Removing servo motor for headlight beam adjustment





Installation position of gas-discharge headlight

1. Release and remove the cover at the two clips -A-.

2. Release servo motor for headlight beam adjustment by turning it in direction of arrow and pull it back.

3. Remove front driver. Counter with a screwdriver while doing this.

4. Release electric plug connection for servo motor for headlight beam adjustment -a- and disconnect it.

Installing servo motor for headlight beam adjustment

1. Plug in electric plug connection for servo motor for headlight beam adjustment until it engages securely.

2. Fit driver into the mounting -arrow-.

3. Position servo motor for headlight beam adjustment in the cut-out.

4. Lock servo motor for headlight beam adjustment by turning it in direction of arrow.

Subsequent work

1. Install main headlight. -> 941519 Removing and installing main headlight - section on "Installing" 941519 Removing and installing main headlights
2. If the servo motor was replaced, the headlight must be calibrated using PIWIS Tester II 9818.
