Preliminary work

1. Remove engine guard.-> 108019 Removing and installing engine guard 108019 Removing and installing engine guard
2. Drain ATF. -> 370255 Replacing ATF 370255 Changing ATF

Removing transmission-oil pump

Information

To prevent dirt from getting into the system, clean the area around the transmission-oil pump thoroughly before removal

1. Pull off cable plug -arrow-.
2. Unscrew M8 fastening screws -1 to 4- in the specified sequence.
3. Remove transmission-oil pump and seal.

Installing transmission-oil pump

1. Fit transmission-oil pump and new seal.

Information

To ensure that the tightening torque will be accurate, make sure that all oil and grease is removed from the screw contact surfaces, screws and thread.

2. Tighten M8 fastening screws -1 to 4- in the specified sequence. => Tightening torque: 30 Nm (22 ftlb.)

3. Plug in cable plug -arrow-.

1. Fill in ATF. -> 370255 Changing ATF 370255 Changing ATF
2. Fit engine guard. -> 108019 Removing and installing engine guard 108019 Removing and installing engine guard
