Removing transverse lock servo motor

1. Remove strut at rear axle housing.

2. Detach cable plug from servo motor.

3. Unscrew 4 fastening screws -arrows- on servo motor.

4. Remove servo motor.

Installing transverse lock servo motor

1. Replace sealing ring on servo motor.

2. Insert servo motor into transmission.
3. Screw in 4 fastening screws -arrows- for securing servo motor to transmission. => Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

4. Plug in cable plug on servo motor and latch it into place.

5. Install strut on rear axle housing using new screws. => Tightening torque: 33 Nm (24 ftlb.)
