NOTE: The vehicle is in limp home mode, i.e. the engine is running at 1,200 to 1,600 rpm.

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- Vehicle voltage more than 9 V

Possible fault causes
- Short circuit in servo motor wiring harness
- Throttle valve adjusting unit faulty
