Preliminary work

1. Remove accessories close to the sound absorber (insulation).

Information

- The sound absorbers (insulation) must always be replaced if they are damaged or cracked.

2. Remove sound absorber (insulation).
3. Remove all adhesive residue on the body/accessories and clean with cleaning solution.

Information

The fastening points must remain accessible when positioning the sound absorbers (insulation).

1. Pull off protective film and stick sound absorber for left side of engine compartment -1- on the body.

2. Pull off protective film and stick sound absorber for rear engine compartment wall -2- on the body, then screw in plastic nut -3-.
3. Pull off protective film and stick sound absorber for right side of engine compartment -2- on the body.

4. Pull off protective film and stick sound absorber for rear right side of engine compartment -1- on the body.
5. Pull off protective film and stick sound absorber for rear cross member -1- on the body.
