Throttle adjusting unit stuck

Diagnostic conditions
- Throttle adjusting unit taught
- Vehicle is stationary
- no gear engaged , or Selector-lever position P or N
- Intake air temperature > 5 °C (°F)
- Idle speed
- then short rev-up
- then Engine speed > 2200 1/min

Possible fault causes
- Throttle adjusting unit frozen
- Throttle adjusting unit Faulty
