Windshield Washer Motor: Service and Repair

To Remove
1 Remove the left-hand and center bulkhead partition cover (2 clips and 4 screws). Separate the washer hose.
2 Remove the circlip and bar from the motor.
3 Unplug the connector.
4 Remove the motor arm.
5 Remove the 3 motor retaining bolts.
6 Remove the 4 bracket retaining bolts.
7 Withdraw the motor.

To Install
Install in reverse order.

Important : Run the wiper motor for a complete revolution to be sure that it is in the parking position before installation the arm. The screw must be locked with a suitable adhesive (such as Loctite 270).

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft).
