Relay, radiator fan, high speed, shorted to battery positive voltage

Fault symptom
The radiator fan does not go to the 2nd step.

Action
1 Remove the high speed relay and measure the resistance between 85 and 86. The resistance should be 50 - 100 Ohms. If the resistance is incorrect, change the relay.
2 Check the lead between pin 5 (relay 85) and pin 6 on the Electronic Display Unit (EDU) control module for short circuit to battery positive voltage.
3 If the fault remains, proceed to "Action Before Changing A Control Module".
