Test Functions In the RDS System

Test functions in the RDS system
(EU only).

The following test functions are available on condition that the set station transmits in RDS, and that the RDS function is activated:
1 Displaying current PI code:
Press "RDS" + "1" = displayed for 5 seconds.
2 Displaying PTY code:
Press "RDS" + "3" = displayed for 5 seconds.
3 Displaying current frequency or station name:
Press "RDS" + "4" = displayed for 5 seconds.
4 Continuous display of current frequency:
Press "RDS" +"5"
