Stepping Motor

Important: The stepping motor is integrated in the control module of the Cruise Control system and the cable to the throttle body is connected directly to the control module.


1 Inspect the cable visually to make sure that it has not become entangled with anything or fastened anywhere.
2 The cable is attached to a nylon strap in the control module. From the control module it continues to the throttle body.
3 If no fault has been found after carrying out the above checks, continue fault diagnosis as described "Before Control Module Replacement".
