Dismantling the Headlamps

To dismantle, 5-d (CC)1 CD -M94 (not US, JP)
1 Remove the wiper arm and the wiper motor retaining screw and withdraw the motor from its mounting.
2 Remove the bulb.
3 Remove the 6 clips. Pry carefully against the headlamp body and not against the lens.
4 Remove the lens and gasket.
5 Install the new gasket carefully to ensure a watertight seal.

Assembly
Assemble in reverse order.
After assembling and reinstallation the headlamp, the headlamp alignment must be checked.






Dismantling, CS and CD M95- (not US, JP)
1 Remove the headlamp.
2 Remove the 10 clips, using a screwdriver.
3 Remove the glass lens and seal.

When reinstallation, take care to install the seal correctly.
