Rear
Rear light cluster, 5-d (CC) and CD
1 Remove the cover.
2 Depress the catches and pull the bulb holder straight out.
3 Change the bulb. Do not touch the glass envelope of the new bulb with your fingers.
4 Insert the bulb holder and install the cover in place.
Rear light cluster, CS
1 To change the bulbs, remove the cover provided for this purpose in the trim.
The rear light cluster is divided into an upper black part and a lower red pant. The upper black part contains the direction indicators (A) and the lower red part contains the rear light (B), brake light (C) and reflectors. US specification cars also have side reflectors in the lower part of the rear light cluster.
Rear light panel, CS
The upper black part is merely decorative and has no electrical function.
The lower red part contains a reversing light or lights and the rear fog light, as follows:
- Markets with right-hand traffic and the United States, M94-: rear fog light on the left and reversing light on the right.
- Markets with left-hand traffic: rear fog light on the right and reversing light on the left.
- United States, -M93: reversing lights on left-hand and right-hand sides.
Changing the bulbs
To change the reversing light and rear fog light bulbs, open the cover on the inside of the tailgate Depress the plastic catches to release the bulb holder.
