The Steering Wheel On Cars With An Airbag

Cars with an airbag have a steering wheel of special design. The centre of the steering wheel is rectangular and fairly large. A ribbed covering of soft plastic material embossed with the letters "SRS" is mounted over the space for the airbag.

On the passenger side it will be necessary to observe any departure in design from the standard dashboard. This vehicle normally has no glove box and there may be some marking on the dashboard.
