Low Fuel Lamp/Indicator: Description and Operation

When less than 10 liters of fuel remains in the tank the low fuel level indicator lamp in the main instrument display panel will light up. At the same time, the EDU will ground pin 73 of the Motronic control module.

This function is used solely for the OBD II system.
