Background
If the hood (bonnet) is dropped from a high position when closing it. the lock may jam and make it impossible to open with the lever in the cabin.
A new lock has been introduced in production from VIN W1005225.
After customer complaint, rectify the problem by carrying out the procedure in this bulletin.
