The text after "Viscosity" should read:
"SAE 10W30 or 10W40. In markets where these viscosities are not available, 15W40 may be used. If temperatures are constantly below -20°C (-4°F), use 5W30 or 5W40. This must then be partially or wholly synthetic. If temperatures are constantly 15°C (59°F) or above, use 15W50 or 20W50."
