Charge Air Pipe V6

To remove

1 Remove the engine cover.





2 Remove the bypass pipe with valve, keeping the O-ring from the connection to the turbocharger inlet pipe.
3 Unplug the connector from the temperature/pressure sensor on the charge air pipe.
4 Detach the charge air pipe from the throttle body.
5 Raise the car.
6 Detach the charge air pipe from the charge air cooler leaving the clip to hang on the cooler.





7 Lower the car to the floor.
8 Remove the charge air pipe.

To fit





1 Fit the charge air pipe.
2 Raise the car.
3 Fit the charge air pipe to the charge air cooler with the clip.
4 Lower the car to the floor.
5 Connect the charge air pipe to the throttle body.





6 Plug in the connector for the temperature/pressure sensor on the charge air pipe.
7 Fit the bypass pipe with valve using a new O-ring for the connection to the turbocharger inlet pipe.
8 Fit the engine cover.
