Special Case Arm/Disarm

Special Case Arm/Disarm

General
The anti-theft alarm normally functions as described earlier, but if for instance a passenger door is open when the alarm is armed, or is opened during the delay period, the following happens:

1. Door, bonnet or boot lid/tailgate is open or opened during the delay while arming;
- LED flashes (very fast) for 10 seconds and then changes to normal display for armed alarm (1 flash/3 seconds).
- The door, bonnet or boot lid/tailgate will then be excluded from the alarm.
2. Door, bonnet or boot lid/tailgate is closed while the alarm is armed.
- The LED changes from flashing to constant for 10 seconds, i.e. a new delay period for the door, bonnet or boot lid/tailgate that was closed only.
- After the delay, the door, bonnet or boot lid/tailgate is again included in the alarm.
The LED will change to normal indication for armed alarm (1 flash/3 sec).
