Xenon Lamp, Changing


WARNING
- HIGH TENSION
The AHL control module and xenon headlamp ignition transformer generate voltages in excess of 23 000 V. This voltage is potentially lethal to individuals with a weak heart or pacemaker. Treat this system with great respect and turn off the ignition before working on the system's components.
- Read through Safety and handling instructions, headlamps with xenon bulbs before starting.


1. Remove the headlamp.
2. Remove the xenon lamp cover.







3. Undo the clip securing the xenon lamp.
4. Lift the xenon lamp straight out from the headlamp.
5. Unplug the xenon lamp connector.

To fit







1. Plug the connector to the xenon lamp.
2. Position the bulb by carefully inserting it straight into the headlamp housing.
3. Snap on the clip securing the xenon lamp.
4. Fit the xenon lamp cover.
5. Fit the headlamp.
6. Clear any trouble codes.
