Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Tilt the steering wheel to the full down position.
2. Remove the left closeout/insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side (Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side).
3. Remove the knee bolster trim panel. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Panel Replacement (Driver Knee Bolster Panel Replacement).




4. Remove the screws that retain the bezel to the instrument panel (I/P).
5. Remove the bezel from the I/P.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the bezel to the I/P.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

2. Install the screws that retain the bezel to the I/P.

Tighten the screws to 2.5 Nm (22 in. lbs.).

3. Install the knee bolster trim panel. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Panel Replacement (Driver Knee Bolster Panel Replacement).
4. Install the left closeout/insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side (Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side).
