Recently, we learned that windshield wipers on some 1993 Saturn vehicles may not work exactly as they should. What this means is that, after some period of operation, the wipers may cease to function properly at some settings. This condition does not affect the operation of the windshield wipers at the high speed setting. So if owners need to use the wipers prior to having the campaign repair completed, they can switch to the high speed.
