Campaign and Credit Information
CAMPAIGN COMPLETION LABELUpon completion of the campaign (replace windshield wiper motor assembly), a Campaign Completion Label should be placed on a clean, dry surface of the radiator core support in an area clearly visible when the hood is raised. Each label provides a space to print in ink (or type) the campaign number (93C02) and the five (5) digit facility code of the Retailer performing the campaign service.
CREDIT
1. To receive credit for replacing the windshield wiper motor assembly, submit a claim with the information. See illustration.
2. If repair was previously performed under warranty, but the claim was not submitted or was returned, then submit or resubmit using the above instructions. No action is required if the repair was performed under warranty and the claim was accepted for payment, prior to Claim Memo date 1/21/93.
3. Check your Saturn SERVICELINE Credit Memorandum daily. There will be two asterisks beside returned 93-C-02 campaign claims. Remember to code the claim as a VC case type. Contact your field representative if you need assistance.
