Cleaning Instrument Cluster Lens/Mask

For basic cleaning of the instrument cluster lens use a glass cleaner. If the lens appears "Hazy," "Fogged" or has a waxy buildup which cannot be removed using glass cleaner, follow the steps below.
1. Mix together the following cleaning solution in the quantity desired:
^ Five parts clean water
^ One part ammonia
^ One part mild dishwashing soap

NOTE: Meguiar's (R) Plastic Polish #10 or Meguiar's (R) Plastic Cleaner #17 or equivalent can also be used.

2. Apply the cleaning solution to a soft, lint-free cloth.
3. Using the cloth, wipe the lens of the instrument cluster assembly in a horizontal (left to right) motion.
4. Turn cloth over to clean area, apply more cleaning solution and wipe again in a horizontal (left to right) motion.
5. Repeat cleaning procedure with clean areas of the cloth until "Hazy" and/or "Fogged" condition is removed.
