Circuit 33B/33C/33E (With ABS)

FUNCTION: This circuit provides a ground to the BRAKE telltale in the lip cluster from both the ABS control module and the low brake fluid switch. The ABS control module will turn the telltale On when a condition that will effect the base braking system has been detected. The low brake fluid switch is closed when the brake fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir is low.

This circuit is monitored by the ABS control module for an open or short to voltage. If one of these faults exists the ABS control module will set DTC 87. Refer to the DTC diagnostic charts.
