Brake Pedal Pivot Bushing

BRAKE PEDAL PIVOT BUSHING

REMOVAL

1. Disable the SIR System.
2. Remove brake pedal.
3. Remove pivot spacer tube from pedal hub.





IMPORTANT: Use a 3/8 inch socket extension and hammer to drive out pivot spacer tube.

4. Remove bushings from pedal hub.

IMPORTANT: Use a thin screwdriver and gently pry out bushings.

INSTALLATION

1. Push (by hand) pivot bushings into pedal hub.
2. Lubricate inside diameter of bushings.
3. Install pivot spacer tube into pivot bushings.
4. Install brake pedal.
5. Enable the SIR System.
