Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the intake manifold cover..
2. Reposition the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose clamp at the outlet duct.
3. Remove the PCV hose from the air cleaner outlet duct.




4. Loosen the clamps at the air cleaner housing and throttle body.
5. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the throttle body and air cleaner housing.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Tighten the clamps at the air cleaner housing and throttle body.

Tighten the clamps to 5 N.m (44 lb in).




3. Install the PCV hose to the air cleaner outlet duct.
4. Position the PCV hose clamp at the outlet duct.
5. Install the intake manifold cover.
